BRUTE Design Thinking for Kids is a social enterprise inspired by the vision that all children should receive both a quality education regardless of socio-economic, gender and geographic barriers. This innovative program aims to give students in grades 4th through 8th, from low-income areas in the San Francisco Bay Area, greater access to self-directed activities, hands-on learning and collaborative play. BRUTE Design Thinking for Kids addresses just some of the gaps in education reform; the program seeks to help students think creatively and achieve at high levels through product design, idea generation, architecture and visual arts.
