Sonya Dufner is the Director of Workplace at the New York office of Perkins+Will, working with many global clients to develop workplace solutions, planning and design guidelines, real estate strategies that benefit the business. Focused on the measurable results of efficiency, effectiveness, retention and expression of the workplace to support business goals. Her background in interior design combined with planning experience leads to an interesting intersection between strategy and design. Sonya is on the national board of the American Society of Interior Designers and was just inducted as a Fellow of this organization, she is also an active member of CoreNet Global and AREW.
